Looking for low-MOQ squishy toys? Wholesale orders start at 1 carton per item. Review samples, lead times and order terms before discussing your quote. Business buyers only.
Minimum order quantity
Wholesale only. We do not accept retail or individual-piece orders. Our handmade production process supports small-batch wholesale. MOQ is 1 carton per item. Lead time may vary by order quantity and customization level.
Sample policy
Samples may be discussed for wholesale evaluation. Availability, sample charges and delivery costs must be confirmed before a sample is arranged. A sample inquiry is not a retail order.
Production & lead time
Lead time depends on order quantity, product selection and customization. The production schedule is confirmed in the written quotation before the order is accepted.
Customization
Tell us your design, color and packaging requirements. Feasibility, any additional minimum quantities, tooling costs and development time will be discussed before confirmation.
Hand-checked quality
Every item is handmade with care and checked one by one before packing. Agree on product specifications, packing and acceptable handmade variations before placing your order.
After-sales support
If a shipment has an issue, contact us with your order reference, affected quantities and clear photographs. We will review it against the agreed specifications. Any remedy and reporting deadline must be set out in your order terms.
Third-party testing arrangements
We can arrange product safety testing according to buyer’s requirement. Testing cost will be quoted separately.
Shipping & payment
Shipping method, destination charges and payment terms are agreed in writing. No purchase, checkout or payment is processed on this website.
